SHIPPING AND RETURNS
zeetasha.com delivers orders in Pakistan by Company's own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.
Orders are delivered according to the delivery method you choose when you place the order from within 1 to 3 days within Pakistan.
Once you have received the order, we will provide you the order invoice, and it will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address (nominated by you) and receiving the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered due to this reason within a period of 10 days after the date of purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
zeetasha.com will happily refund or exchange any items that are received damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased.
The return policy shall be the policy of each shop. Pakistan Pets does not undertake any responsibilities for the disputes, which may arise from terms of product return belonging to the shops.
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, damaged or wrong item delivered, we will bear the return pickup cost, otherwise two-way charges (delivery & pickup) will be applicable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please note that there will be no refund for: Pet apparel & clothing, toys or pet beds.
Fleas, Tick and ringworm are some of the problems that can be transferred from one animal to another through used items.
Items that are returned worn, opened packaging, altered, damaged, dirty or otherwise in a condition where they can't be resold can't be refunded or exchanged.
Items which require custom installation such as scratching post and pet furniture are non-refundable once installed.
